Absolutely not. They have earned their place in the history of metal, for sure. You may not like them, and they may not be w/e "better" type of metal you like, but they've earned their legacy.

Yeah, regardless if you like their music or not GWAR deserve huge respect for their dedication to putting on a fun image. You never see that kind of creativity anymore.
