I am not sure what it is. All I know is that it contains flying chairs and cubes, random broken piles of polygons and scenography that reminds me of LSD Dream Emulator.

Yes. I´ve done very much with the Sandbox Editor. This are just random ToD-Values, random textures, random objects, plays with shaders and particles.. he just make a Video of his "testground" and put music behind it. There is no "deeper idea" behind this it just looks like.
But I can´t deny some of the clips are quiet nice to watch.
