I'm gonna post here the entire animation that shows the story of how Stross got to the Sprawl. Don't know if you guys have seen it without buying it, but since the last part has been uploaded 6 days ago I kinda doubt the videos have been posted on FP. So here it goes, enjoy. Okay goddamn the parts don't wanna appear properly under media tags, so have the links: Part 1:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMlnECP8Cdg&feature=related Part 2:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-PDEBXXhpI&feature=related Part 3:http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=annotation_69739&v=vutdb75GtEE&feature=iv Part 4:http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=annotation_382475&feature=iv&v=9vS98qxqGq0 Part 5:http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=annotation_504737&feature=iv&v=R1_8GQrxVpI
Any reason why the [sp] chick that got her face burned off by the necromorph could move when a bomb was thrown at her? She would stone cold dead if her entire face burned to the skull. [/sp]
The CGI was sooo bad, animation was ok, story was bleh.
I've only seen Dead Space: Downfall. I've heard that Aftermath wasn't very good...
My god, the animation is so... Bad.
Downfall was good-ish this was just horrible :saddowns:
Wow when I saw thumbnails of it I thought it was cartoon animated/cel-shaded. This is just....
Weird animation, but the guys who uploaded it are very.... kind.
Wow when I saw thumbnails of it I thought it was cartoon animated/cel-shaded. This is just....
It's a mixture of 3d animation and traditional animation, I like the 2d stuff better but the 3d isn't that bad in it.
I enjoyed it. It had a cool story, even if the CGI was sub par.
Awful. The only parts I enjoyed were the tits, and Isaac.
I fucking hate the idiot government in dead space.
This whole thing looks like amateurs made it with a shitty software. The 2D looks good.
Although the animation was bad it explained a lot, I wouldn't say the characters were amazing but the story its self wasn't bad.
SPOILERS How the hell is the black guy floating in space anyway?Isn't he supposed to blow up from all the pressure?
holy moley the CGI is so bad
I am not sure what was up with the Downgraded Silent Hill 1 CGI or the changing animation styles, but overall it was enjoyable in my opinion.
The CGI isn't that bad, it's just smooth-colored, giving the impression of a cartoony cel-shade. It probably wouldn't have made much sense if the CGI part was ultra-realistic and the cartoon part was still cartoony.
The only real reason to watch this is to find why Stross is actually in Dead Space 2.
The only real reason to watch this is to find why Stross is actually in Dead Space 2.
Because he was such a 3 dimensional and interesting character Honestly people, I liked both Dead Space games, but admit it. They aren't well written and they aren't scary. They're downright silly at times.
After watching that I really understand the link between Dead Space 1 and 2, nice link-up of stories.
I actually thought that was a lot better than Downfall.
I actually thought that was a lot better than Downfall.
In what sense? Downfall was a much more complete story, and a longer one.
From what I remember there was hardly any story at all, it was just about a bunch of people dying on the ship. Also Aftermath was longer by 15 minutes. Downfall was 75 minutes, this was 90.

I won't lie to you, if they advertised Dead Space games only by these movies I would like these games much less. Luckily for me I learned about and watch these movies after playing the games, so I can enjoy the links and forget about the horrible writing and animation (both 3d and 2d).

Because overall the story of Dead Space is undoubtedly an interesting one.
Flood = Necromorphs.
