Also if you have firefox, you can ctrl+mousewheel while the pdf is open and see the layers disappear/reappear. Not sure if this works for everyone, but it does for me. Why they broke it up into layers is beyond me. Ah, so scanning images does cause it to autodetect text into layers.

well I did what he did in the video. Its true its all layered. BUT it could be like that to make it more legible. ALSO, I don't think he could become president without the FBI and CIA doing a fair bit of background work first before he could be elected. The big picture is is that he is one of the better presidents and definitely one of the smartest (Harvard and all) so a thing like his birth certificate is not a big deal.
