I'll start mine would be Santa Claus http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089961/
I hate christmas movies If I'm forced to pick one, I'd say Taxi 3, because that one at least has some god damn entertainment value
Die Hard 2
Die hard 3
I'm also going with Die Hard. Generally, a movie marketed as a "Christmas Movie", sucks balls
Elf
Gremlins, Bad Santa, Home Alone (nostalgic value and because it is so god damned funny), Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, A Nightmare Before Christmas, Elf, It's a Wonderful Life (1946) [editline]25th November 2012[/editline] but I would say that the better Christmas movie out of the ones I listed would be... Nightmare Before Christmas. Maybe.

Home Alone as a kid, nowadays I like to watch A Christmas Carol at Christmas
Elf. Will Ferrel's performance was actually okay.
Die Hard 2
you forgot the ever important tag-line how could you DIE HARDER
Die Hard, Elf and Chicken Run.
Love Actually
It's a tie between Home Alone and Die Hard for me.
The Nightmare Before Christmas
The Human Centipede.
Elf. Its a family tradition in my family to watch it every year :v:
Nobody put up A Christmas Story? There's a reason tv channels do 24 hour marathons of it here.
If we are choosing movies that are not just Christmas themed, but actually Christmas movies, then I would have to say either the Patrick Stewart Christmas Carol, or The Muppets Christmas Carol. Movies that are dual holiday would be The Nightmare Before Christmas. I watch it every Christmas morning.
the one where chris cringle is outlawed and gives presents on the sly feel me bro?

Rudolph.
Muppet Christmas Carol, Nightmare Before Christmas, and even though they're not christmas movies, Mary Poppins and Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, due to them just having that Christmasty feel.
It's a Wonderful Life
Die Hard and Tokyo Godfathers.
The George C. Scott Christmas Carol. Because George C. Scott.

I just recently watched Arthur Christmas and I'd have to say it's my favourite Christmas movie of this era. It's not a Pixar film, but it has a certain feel about it in the animation, even though it's loaded with adult jokes here and there, and a lot of the Pixar-style humour.
Muppet Christmas Carol (really any of them are pretty good, but Muppet Christmas Carol and an American Christmas Carol are good), and I'm kind of suprised no one has mentioned A Christmas Story.
