Nice
Old, but I love the actual movie after that.
That was pretty good. I really don't think anyone give a shit about who illegally downloads what.
You wouldn't make a copy of a car not hurting the original car in any way.
That was pretty good. I really don't think anyone give a shit about who illegally downloads what.
They do.
Does this mean that the Futurama writers are pro Piracy? They were pretty cool anyway, but now, whooo!
The guys who write futurama are the pirates
Does this mean that the Futurama writers are pro Piracy? They were pretty cool anyway, but now, whooo!
More like "Putting anything into here will not stop piracy so might as well give people some cheap laughs instead"

They bashed piracy pretty badly in that Lucy Liu episode...
Does this mean that the Futurama writers are pro Piracy? They were pretty cool anyway, but now, whooo!
No, they're just anti-anti-piracy.
You wouldn't make a copy of a car not hurting the original car in any way.
Cars aren't software or video, your analogy doesn't work.
Cars aren't software or video, your analogy doesn't work.
That's the exact reason why the "You wouldn't steal a car" analogy doesn't work as well.
Ah, I always loved that scene.
That's the exact reason why the "You wouldn't steal a car" analogy doesn't work as well.
"You wouldn't steal a car" still works better than "You wouldn't make a copy of a car"
You wouldn't make a copy of a song, leaving the original song completely untouched and stealikg like 3 friggin' cents to the artist's revenue.

The "you wouldn't steal a car" line is pretty lame indeed. But when you think of it, if everyone could just (Let's ignore the laws of logic and physics for a moment here) "copy" cars for free, the car manufacturers wouldn't really earn all that much, would they? Not for/against piracy, just that I find that analogy much "closer" to what is happening in the music industry. Not that I feel a shred of compassion for them though. Anyway, funny video.
I know, everybody noticed, but D.o. I.t. Downloading Often Is Terrible. Loved that.
You wouldn't make a copy of a car not hurting the original car in any way.
More like, You wouldn't make a copy of the car not hurting the original in any way but making the manufacturers lose (price of car here).

So, I suppose the car manufacturers wouldn't really give a shit.
Holy shit, I'd buy a dodgy DVD-box from a russian street just to see this warning. Wait a second..
Cars aren't software or video, your analogy doesn't work.
That's the joke, your statement doesn't work.
