Ok so for holloween (yes I trick or treat still cause I like candy, especially FREE candy) I'm thinking of getting my head shaved (my face already is quite chubby), and then dressing as the Heavy weapons guy (red of course), but I need ideas on how to get the costume, and make or buy the main part of the costume...Sasha.
so any ideas on either the best way to make sasha, or where I could buy one?

It would be enormously more practical to just get one of those bald wig covers instead of actually shaving your head.
For the gun you could use PVC pipes for the barrels and maybe a large wrapped, spraypainted pillow for the ammo thing.
