I know Bernie has said he will not run as an independent to avoid splitting the progressive vote, but what will he do if Hillary Clinton is made the nominee and then made ineligible? What will the democratic party do? I mean I doubt someone with connections like her will ever be held accountable for her actions but if she is I legitimately wonder what will happen :v:

It depends on when it happens.
If it happens before the primary convention, or not too long after, they'll likely be forced to go with Bernie. He's the only other Democrat candidate with any sort of pull.
If it happens long into the campaign, they might be able to get her vice-president pick promoted to presidential candidate. Depends on who it is and how well-known they are. If they don't have much pull with the public, they might jump back to Bernie, but they might go with whoever their VP pick was.

She's also a huge panderer. I heard a clip on Howard Stern of an interview/Q&A session. It was a mostly black audience in front of her. They asked what is one thing she always has on her - her answer: "Hot sauce."

I can't think of anyone besides Bernie who at this point has the political recognition to replace Clinton as a viable choice in the general. And even then, Republicans would have a field day with the fact that the Democrats' candidate wasn't even their first choice.
If Clinton gets indicted, Democrats are going to face an uphill battle for sure.

not private sales. expaneed background checks adds a minimum of $30 and easily up to $120 to a gun purchase, which does nothing but preventing private sales full stop (depreciation is only about $100-150 on a used gun, nobody would pay more for a used gun than a new one) and keep them out of the hands of the nation's poor (who can already barely afford to arm themselves, and more often than not need a gun to either put food on the table or defend their families from from the local criminals)

That's what Maryland did. I just had to get fucking fingerprinted and get some stupid card to buy a handgun, when I've owned handguns and semi auto rifles for 10+ years. After 2013 I have to give the government more money and turn over my prints to "prove" I'm not some kind of criminal - even though all this stuff does is make it more expensive for the law abiding person to buy a gun. I pointed this out the last thread and you never responded by I don't see the conflict in either statement. She says she believes in the Second Amendment but doesn't believe in the Supreme Courts interpretation of it.
I don't agree at all with Clinton's stance on guns but there is no story of pandering or flipping here, she has been pretty consistent in your agenda and messaging.
