I installed the program but everytime I open it an error says can't locate digidesign hardware. The midi i have is not m audio so I was wondering if this was the problem?
You need specific hardware to run protools. I guess you've pirated it, because I'm pretty sure you can only buy it bundled with the right hardware.
He MUST have pirated it, anyone into computer music enough to buy Pro Tools knows you need specific hardware to run it. I'm pretty sure it even says it on the box.
you need the digidesign sound interface to run it, so im guessing you have an illegal copy
