This is ridiculous. I don't agree with prison justice were inmates will kill a person they see as worse than them, but the person still has committed a crime and should still go to prison for it.

No mention as to whether or not he's on the national registry for sex offenders, considering this is the 2nd "warning" he's been given for molesting his own children, it's completely underhanded to give a pedophile a year of probation just because he's related to some other rich assholes. He also should never get to see his kids again, that is a given.
