Clearly Kim has recently got wind of Obama and his passion for shooting guns all the time and felt the need to upstage him. I bet he shot the mountain too and the drone footage is just unrelated.

After 0:40 he fires a bunch of airplanes. He even shoots them down again with missiles.
Looks like a Browning Hi-Power he's shooting, but too low resolution to tell.
