• Is there any place on Earth where you can kill someone and get away with it?

Think about it... Everywhere you go, there are "rules", or laws. Why is there no place on Earth where you are free to do whatever you want? I'm a human being, I SHOULD be allowed to run naked down my neighborhood, I SHOULD be allowed to scream "PENIS" in the grocery store for no reason. It's a natural environment, and I'm an animal, give me a place to roam. And no, I'm not a anarchist or anything. I'm just saying there should be a place on the world where you can do WHATEVER you want. Who agrees?
I see you joined in 2009. Welcome to the forums!
International waters and Thailand.
International waters and Thailand.
Ya you can get away with just about anything in International waters.
Why rate me dumb? I'm being serious.
If you do it in international waters and don't say anything about it it legally never happened. [editline]06:33AM[/editline]
Why rate me dumb? I'm being serious.
You asked why, therefore I rated you dumb again
Ya you can get away with just about anything in International waters.
a ship sailing in international waters is bound by the laws of the country it is registered to (aka the flag it sails under)
Date of Birth March 23, 1993 (16) explains everything. If everyone were "free" to do as they pleased, there would be chaos. You are free to do certain things as long as those actions don't take away the freedom from others.
a ship sailing in international waters is bound by the laws of the country it is registered to (aka the flag it flies under)
Ships don't fly
Why rate me dumb? I'm being serious.
Because you're acting like a psychopath or a little kid, most likely the latter.
If you do it in international waters and don't say anything about it it legally never happened.
They have a government, it just doesn't have the political power (or the manpower) to do anything about the state of the country.
There are parts of the Middle East that have no laws. I tend to stay away from places like this though...
iraq hurr durr US army call of duty battlefield 2
Why rate me dumb? I'm being serious.
We know, you're just being dumb too. Oh, and if you want to know these things, then I might make a suggestion. Try google. It's your homepage.
a ship sailing in international waters is bound by the laws of the country it is registered to (aka the flag it sails under)
Isn't that point of international waters that they aren't registered to any country??
