I would bet on this game not ending up like Bad Rats because at least the person responsiblie for this did this as a labor of love. OK perhaps a poor imitation of a game but no way will these ever be that game.

All of those happen directly after one another. Right after the speech you jump on that train, ride into City 17, bomb the checkpoint, run from metrocops for a lil' bit and then get captured, immediately joining forces with the Combine. It was his intention all along because G-Man or something, iunno.
