Last night a Tayside Police spokeswoman said: "We are aware of an alleged incident and inquiries are ongoing."
Perth and Kinross Council declined to comment while cops investigate.

One of the sun reporters came into school today and got hit in the face with a football, we all cheered.
Similar thing happened in my school, we all saw the video but there was no police :wink:
