He actually kinda seems to have a point with the DRM, but I don't think that's a big enough reason to never ever play the game, ever. Unless it's in protest or something. [editline]a[/editline] After watching the whole video, I actually agree with him.

I don't see why this is that dumb. He makes a lot of valid non-gameplay points. DRM may only let this game live for a year.

Yeah I was actually looking forward to the new simcity.. not gonna buy it however, for me it's just a matter of principle.

It makes me really fucking angry that terrible business practices can sully the name of an otherwise good looking game. With that said, I still pre-ordered the game off of amazon, and I'm going to enjoy playing it. On the note of nerdcubed, I like how he basically alienated the part of his audience who want to play this game (me included). It would have been fine to just explain EA's business and let the people decide whether or not to buy the game instead of saying "DONT BUY THIS GAME AND IF YOU DO YOU'RE A TWAT". Also apparently the person who says "one person isn't going to make a difference" is a twat, even though in this day and age they are completely right.

He never said to not buy the game or you're an idiot, he listed all the things wrong with the game's DRM and server-hosted saves and told you to make a decision for yourself.
