• Memorable Scenes in Mediocre Movies

Certainly this scene was one of the most memorable scenes for me. This movie was definitely a diamond in the rough. This scene definitely hit me in the feels. It was one of the most memorable scenes because I didn't expect it in an Adam Sandler Shtick. In a mediocre movie full of cheap laughs and scenes, hidden beneath was a very powerful and dramatic scene. When Michael finds out his father passed away (due to the skipping years and parts of his life), he visits his father's grave. Michael asks the Morty (angel of death) to take him to the time when he last saw his father. After watching this scene for the 30th time I still cry (especially when I see the "I love you son" quote and the expression on his dad's face). What is your most memorable scene in a mediocre movie (whether it's mediocre to you or had negative/mixed critic reviews)? Feel free to share below.

The Street Fighter film is widely regarded as being pretty terrible, but I love it to bits and this definitely one of the best scenes from it.
A scene from one of Michael Mann's first movies, Manhunter. It's an adaptation of Red Dragon, made way before the acclaimed Silence of the Lambs movie. Hannibal in it is a dry asshole and everything is 80's. One of the reasons this movie wasn't as good as it could have been is Dino de Laurentiis. He considered it an inferior movie, so they had to redo a lot of stuff. They cut Chilton's scenes and had to butcher the Red Dragon himself. This is his final scene. Where is the iconic tattoo? Why the fuck is there a painting in the middle of the room? How can they not see him? Wtf is wrong with these cuts? Why does he make SIX shots out of a FIVE-CHAMBERED revolver? Why does the freezer shut off? What's wrong with his reaction to being shot? So many questions, I can't stop rewatching this scene. It's hilarious as fuck, imo.

The Way of the Gun has one of my favorite ending shootouts, but the rest of the movie is just boring. Spoiler, naturally.

Even if it got really weird toward the end.

Having seen a few versions of it, I would consider most of the original Wicker Man to be pretty mediocre, the ending is simply unforgettable though.

You shut your whore mouth. Rise of the Planet of the Apes is amazing as is Dawn of the POTA
I didn't much care for Killing Them Softly in total, and while it's not really a mediocre film, I found it pretty boring. This scene, though, was cool as hell. I loved this scene. 0:48 to 1:40

Is it too soon to post [sp]Gwyn's death scene[/sp] from Amazing Spider-Man 2 without it being spoilery? Because that.
