So I just recently found a new dealer, and with all of my past ones having only sold weed I found out this guy also deals in shrooms and ecstasy. I asked if I could get some shrooms as soon as possible but he said he wasn't expecting to get any soon, but he did say he would be able to get me some ecstasy.
I've read up on the internet about it, but I would rather hear some information from people who have actually taken it or know more about the effects of MDMA.
-When does it start becoming 'bad' for you.
-How long does it usually last.
-What's the high feel like?
Yes I looked on erowid, I just feel I could never be without more information.
The minimum time between taking MDMA should be a couple of weeks at least just so you can allow your serotonin levels to restore themselves. Although if you can keep it down to a few times a year then even better and will lead to better experiences.
I've had MDMA highs last from a couple of hours to up to 6-7 hours depending on how much I took. And you will generally feel extremely happy and content with yourself and you'll often be much more loving and more outgoing than usual. Feel free to dance and touch things such as fabric.
If you're dancing and stuff, drink maybe a bottle of water every hour or two and it helps to have some orange juice or Gatorade to keep your sodium levels up.
MDMA is only bad for you when you start taking it on a regular basis, you should spread out your MDMA usage between 2-4 weeks. Effects are euphoria(fucking great!), stimulated, jaw clenching/teeth grinding(I get these a lot, magnesium helps prevent it if I remember correctly), you open up your feelings to those around you and are much better at socializing, pupil dilation, I'm sure you know most of it from reading Erowid. Check ecstasydata.org to check on the pills you get/might get.

There's been a trend of PMMA in Ecstacy pills in certain parts of Europe, so buy a test kit, learn how to use it and for gods sake don't put any pills in your body that you can't confirm is actually MDMA (you do this by testing and then buying powder OR actually witnessing the powder getting stomped into pill form). PMMA has a ridiculous fatality rate so take precautions.

I Strongly advise this. My first times on E i bited the skin of my cheeks off goddamnit that was a pain in the ass the next morning. Also watch for teeth clenching most of the time i dont realise im doing it. its really bad so yes alot of gum.

i actually don't think that's entirely true, and even then if it really somehow did happen it would only happen with extended use.
