"why are you following me"
"I just can't belie- I'm just so annoyed!"
Yeah well. How do you think that whole street feels? But it's all about you, isn't it. You and your little world. Why didn't he say this to her straight? I would.
isn't the law in the US that you can film anything you want in a public space? within reason of course and based on intent (ie. not filming a children's playground because you're a weirdo). surely the law is similar in the UK
Lol
"I'll say you assaulted me"
"Thats alright I got it on film"
"I don't care"
wtf is she dumb those two could get into a lot of shit for trying to falsely accuse someone, filming in public isn't illegal anyway.
"It's illegal to film me" nope, you can film anyone in a public place dumb bitch.
What a bunch of fucking cunts. He was walking away and they continued to stalk him.
I would laugh if they called the police because they would end up getting themselves in trouble.

He shouldha let 'em and filmed them getting the parking fine and an order to show up at court for giving false statements.
Did anyone else see her while he was filming? (Before she grabbed the camera, that is.) I know I didn't. Why's she so damn stupid?

Yeah it's pretty similar over Europe. Essentially the reason google street was able to legally go trough most places and take pictures. As long as it didn't tape people in their homes it was fine.
People keep forgetting that you essentially loose a number of your freedoms and rights the moment you leave private space. Otherwise you would essentially have to give permission to every CCTV camera operator. Which clearly is not the case.
People can usually request you to cease doing it if it causes them emotional distress and injury though. For instance filming someone who has been wounded and his family not wishing it.
They want him to just GIVE them his phone? Hahaha, what? The guy filming should've called police; I'm sure those two idiots would've run off scared as soon as he finished the call.
They sound like rich snobs.
Illegal to film on a camera? Not quite but as someone said in the comments:
Section 137 of the Highways Act 1980
(1) If a person, without* lawful authority or excuse, in any way wilfully obstructs the free passage along a highway he/she is guilty of an offence
there was also a minor assault against the camera man as well and the women could get done with intent to falsely accuse someone of a offence with intent to harm.
So the bitch blocks one way of the road. Someone films her which is legal cause it's a public place. Later she wants to steal his phone. And follows him around because she thinks that he's the one doing illegal things? wow...
Doesn't that count as harassment? or some other shit? it got physical too with her equally out-of-touch loverboi getting physical by the sound of the last 30 secs.
Seriously i'd have just called the cops and showed them the footage, bitch wouldn't be on her so called high horse then, i fucking hate people like her.

Is she too poor to afford proper shelves and racks for her shop. I mean just look at that floor, it looks like the hallway of some abandoned textile factory.
I've had this problem with people when they get funny about me filming in Public. I just say:
"I don't need permission to film in a public area and under the terrorism act: I'm not allowed to destroy evidence if you threaten to call the police."
