Spot on review, this game seems stereotypically schizophrenic of itself and that (with a host of other reasons) is why it feels like such a shame of the missed opportunities with these little shimmers of good writing/gameplay shinning through.
Every video i see on Watch_Dogs makes me realize that its still in obvious beta.
Jesus Christ Ubisoft, did you not pay any attention when making this game?
