As he's been doing the past few days, Trump tried to paint Kaine as an unpopular figure from his home state, except Trump slipped up on where exactly Kaine was from. "Her running mate is Tim Kaine, who, by the way, did a terrible job in New Jersey. The first act he did in New Jersey was ask for a $4 billion dollar tax increase and he was not very popular in New Jersey, and he still isn't."
http://www.cnn.com/2016/07/27/politics/donald-trump-quotes-russia-press-conference/index.html :v:
This is an affront to the great and noble Commonwealth of Virginia!! I'll be sure to super not vote for Trump
hes just saying whatever about whomever without any actual facts now isnt he

Wow, such a sting against Trump. You got him there CNN. Meanwhile last night things actually got heated outside the DNC. But sure CNN let's downplay the legitimate anger and tension at the DNC to take a small jab at Trump.

A hand-full of anarchists (<<20) charging the fence is totally more worthy of note than the swath of peaceful protesters, and far more important than Trump displaying a consistent pattern of not knowing what the hell he's talking about. Tell me, what do you think about the trillions Trump's tax plan is going to add to our deficit? What public programs do you think he's going to cut to make that up? How are you expecting to get a job once he tanks the public sector and everyone has to cut back in response?

It's not like he made up shit about the person he was criticizing. If a guy fucked up a state, it doesn't really matter what state. It's easy to get states mixed up.

The article isn't just about mixing up Virginia and New Jersey.

Maybe he is taking a stab at Chris Christie?
The trump is finally brought to heel...
bro, you know that Donald Trump being a shitty candidate doesn't mean we can't criticize a news network nitpicking at him.
God forbid the media keeps a close, observant, and scrutinizing eye on someone who wants to be in charge of our country. It's almost like they're watchdogs or something

Who am i kidding, this is facepunch forums... Not long ago people got banned for forgetting a period or a capitalised letter. Forcefully taught me to speak proper English through the threat of banning :v:
How about not banning people for frivolous reasons?
But it's actually a rule in SH. Go look at the rules list in the subforum :v:
Maybe he is taking a stab at Chris Christie?
Since Christie assumed office as governor of NJ the same year (2010) that Kaine was finishing his term as governor of Virginia, isn't it more likely that he mistook Kaine for Jon Corzine, Christie's predecessor? He is a Democrat too.

The entire press conference was terrible, it won't be long before he slumps in the polls again I think The media is having a field day over the Russian thing, even fox news can't spin it after criciczing obama being to soft with Putin.
"now" He wasn't before?
well he at least knew which state his primary opponents came from
This is the VP pick for his major competition, wouldn't it be rather pressing to know for certain the most broadest of facts about the guy?
I am by no means excusing his ignorance, just noting that this is probably not a jab at Christie.
Social media showed scenes of demonstrators outside the convention center. In one social media video, a protester attempted to stomp on a burning flag, instead he accidentally lit himself on fire. As flames quickly climbed up his leg, he rolled to the ground. Other protesters rushed to help him.
hahahah

One around 11:30 where 7 anarchists charged and broke through the fences and were arrested. The anarchists had attempted to hijack the sanders protest throughout the day and burned flags/themselves. The Über situation is separate. Despite Martin complaining about a lack of coverage, both CNN and Fox have covered these breaches, and honestly only the anarchists could be painted as 'violent' in any sense of the word. Neither situation is anywhere near a riot.
