With that last scene, it shows that she was horribly scared of doing anything that would lead to the situation heating up, then nukes being launched. Can't say I don't understand her, but yeah, at the start she was way too happy to give up on the russian pressure.
This whole thing feels very dramatized. Is there anything to read on this video? Letting a bunch of internet "journalists" into a "war room" with James Bond esque video conferences makes my bullshit-o-meter go off the charts. This mostly just feels like nazi ufo strange light and sound in the sky type fear mongering.

the table is also very one sided with the majority in favor of war, so all votes are pretty much guaranteed to escalate the situation
