how do I make ASMR videos work? They never do anything for me

I hate whispering. Mainly because I can't hear it properly even if it's done 1cm from my ear. It's just silent whistling and popping sounds for me.

Whenever I try explaining what it feels like to other people they think I'm an absolute weirdo and assume it has to be sexual in some way. In reality it just feels like your brain is being massaged, and on lucky days the feeling gets intensified to the point to where I nearly fall asleep because of it. No the feeling isn't sleepiness, but the feeling you get is so powerful at times it relaxes you to that extent. Must suck for anyone who doesn't get it though. I've had this thing since I was a kid and I still remember watching Bob Ross's painting videos or watching people cook food on the Food Network and getting the feeling, hell sometimes I get the feeling just from someone showing me something and having a very calm voice to go along with it. It's pretty amazing stuff, something that drugs could never do for me in the first place which is why I usually just stay away from the stuff, it's a waste of money for me when it doesn't do jack shit and I can just watch these videos and get something even better out of it.
