The camera work is amazing
The camera work is amazing
There's a lot of good shots in there (fight-scene and panoramic shots were very good) but I feel like the director kept experimenting and learning as they went instead of applying knowledge or researching beforehand. The opening shot has so many violations against the 180-degree rule it makes my head spin.
Man, Ivan the Space Biker really had quiet the adventures. Also even as Russian, myself, dem accents.
That has to be the best SFM animation I've ever seen. The facial expressions could have used some more detail but apart from that, everything was spectacularly done.
I see this guys content on YT rarely because of the small view count and unrelated FNAF videos. I'm looking at them now and are really good. I wonder if he has fans here, because he seems unpopular aside from the collab contests that I always keep missing.
I thought the sound design was pretty good compared to everything else.

The whole thing with the 180-degree rule is they want to avoid disorienting the viewer but there was really nothing about that scene that was disorienting. There's only two characters, both of which have their faces replace each other when the shot switches so you never "lose" them, and there's no background scenery to confuse you. I mean yeah it could be better but wasn't that noticeable imo.
