I also just got done watching this on TV too(which had a little bit more info than the typed report), the 15 year old plead guilty and said she wanted to feel what killing feels like, wow. Wanted to see what it was like.
(St. Martins, Missouri) -- The teenage girl who is accused of murdering her 9-year old neighbor, will be tried as an adult.
A judge in Cole County, Missouri made that decision this morning.
The suspect is Alyssa Bustamante, 15, of St. Martins, Missouri. She now faces charges of first degree murder.
Investigators say Elizabeth Olten was visiting Bustamante's home the day she went missing.
Olten's family called officers when Elizabeth didn't return home from her friend's house.
That prompted a three-day search for the little girl.
Along with law enforcement, members of the community volunteered their time to look for Elizabeth.
The search ended when investigators say Bustamante led them to Elizabeth's body. Bustamante will be arraigned on those first degree murder charges this afternoon.
Whats this world coming to anyway, has anyone else seen something as unusual like this?
How did she kill her.
She killed someone just to see how it feels like.
That bitch is fucking insane.
How did he kill her.
Wat? Oh. No problem, I was radically looking through my post to see if I had messed up.

Fixed.
:geno:
That's bullshit, why even try children differently in the first place if you're going to suddenly stop doing that for certain cases? It should be all or nothing with that.

Because she had full intention of doing it, and knew she was doing it. If she were tried as a child, she'd get a few years in juvenile prison and probably some mental help.

True.
Than again being tried differently helps make some cases fair.
This kid needs one hell of a shrink.
My brother is 16 and I know several 15-year olds who live in my neighborhood. Someone this old knows the difference between right and wrong. She rightfully should be tried as an adult.
They say murderers develop at a young age...
YEEEEEAAAAAHHHHH!!!!
(Seriously though, they usually do.)
Nice job committing first degree murder in a state that has the the death penalty.
What the fuck. T-minus 2 days until :foxnews: picks up on this and links it to COD 6.

I wouldn't doubt this happening.
"The newest Call of Duty game made a girl kill someone, even though they are in no way related. More at 6!"
15 year olds: The New 13 year olds? More at 6.

That wasn't even a pun
I wonder if they'll need to put a phone book on the electric chair.
Since she's tried as an adult, her life is pretty much over.
Free food untill she dies.
She killed someone... just to feel what it's like?
Wow, if she's that desperate, she could have waited a few more years and joined the military...
Free food untill she dies.
Plus free Television, and a warm, heated in the winter, cooled in the summer cell.
Boy would I hate to be her parents.
Free food untill she dies.
She'll be staring at blank walls all day for the next half a century. A lot better punishment than the sweet release of death.
That wasn't even a pun
Caine doesn't always use puns in the show.
He sometimes makes a statement or comment that makes sense or pertains to the case.
EDIT:
Whatever, I watch the fucking show, he doesn't use a fucking pun in every single one liner he does.
Holy shit, so go ahead and rate me dumb, you're the dumb ones, you probably don't even watch the show.

Or gone to Reno.

When a 15 year old girl goes bat-shit insane and kills someone, do you think it's OK to pat them on the hand and ask them not to do it again?
No. She's a child and she should be tried as a child, regardless of the crime. Why try some children differently than adults, but not all of them?
Because she had full intention of doing it, and knew she was doing it. If she were tried as a child, she'd get a few years in juvenile prison and probably some mental help.
Well, isn't mental help exactly what a murderer needs? I agree, she should go to juvie. For a very long time. I don't think it'd be okay to toss her in with other older criminals though.

That's not a pun...
Obviously there's some mental issues with her.
I don't see how anyone could harm a little kid. :/
