IF they have half an IQ point to spread betwixt the group they'll not do that. Doesn't take a law degree to suss out that double jeopardy does not apply if you re-offend with the same crime afterwards. That would count as a new crime and could be tried.

This also go into the case regarding the Refuge case? I have heard that a lot of their stuff was dismissed there thanks to the FBI agents lieing about what happened to LaVoy.

These guys have been dragged to court over and over again for willfully violating federal law and destroying public property so they can cut a few $$ off their bottom line

If anything this will actually embolden most of the farming community in Nevada which did come out too help Bundy. Get ready for a lot more standoffs in that area, because it'll happen.
