Um, people. Looking at this video now is a [I]little[/I] different to sitting in an uncomfortable posistion in a vibrating helicopter looking at a grainy-as-fuck image on a 5 inch monitor.
The video was cleaned up and postprocessed before release, I imagine it was worse before they sharpened it too.
The tripod DID have the silhouette of an RPG.

the gunner was a gung-ho unprofessional idiot itching to kill something that wasn't even confirmed.
assuming there were insurgents during that shoot, the majority of deaths were most likely civilian.
also way to assume people angry at this are "I HATE AMERICA REBEL" kinds of people. maybe they're angry because innocent people were killed due to incompetence?
