Their was also a follow up video which can only be described as sketchy, with the attorney getting more and more terrified about the conversation, and stating he was only "joking" about it to impress a women. Seriously, what the fuck:

If this is true, and I'm seriously hoping to god it's not, the fucking teacher and this sketch as attorney better be sent to prison with no plea deals/parole.
Isn't this Project Veritas done by that James O'Keefe guy that a lot of people hate because he fakes his videos and shit? Or at least edits them in a way that's misleading. Come on bro you knew that lol you know you've opened the floodgates right?
Soon as I saw that dumbasses face this became a joke. He has a history of faking stuff to fit the story he wants, and has zero credibility.
The only terrible thing I see in these videos is a dumbass attorney borderline breaking attorney-client just to tell some girl at a party some cool story.
Honestly this video is probably not even misleadingly edited, because if Project Veritas doesn't need to misleadingly edit a video to make an idiot look like an idiot, why would they?
I still wouldn't trust them though.

yep that's the guy
Between the DNC video that resulted in the firing and resignation of two people who said awful things, the Antifa workshop leaks, and the conviction of 3 people for the conspiracy to commit assault, I would say Project Veritas is on point.
You can't even assert that editing is what makes this guy a scumbag. He repeated his shitty tale twice and in an elongated clips.
Honestly, if this actually leads to a pedophile and teacher who rapes his students at knifepoint being arrested and put into court, and the man who defended him also being arrested, I'm fine with a few jump-cuts.

Someone getting fired does not necessarily mean that the accusations were right, it just means it's better PR to fire them than to keep them on the payroll. I think we should wait for more investigation before condemning this person as the person behind has been shown to be manipulative when it comes to similar video content. That doesn't mean that these accusations can't be correct, but further evidence is needed I think.
If you really want to be taken seriously, guys, never post Project Veritas. I'm sure you can get stories that cater to your particular tastes and fit your narrative just as well from more reputable sources.
...Right?

Joe's literal dream justice system
Holy fuck
Are you telling me attorneys defending criminals should be arrested?
I guess every public defender should be arrested. Judging by his post.

I s'pose we should just move on to the system of justice where you're charged with a crime and then instantly thrown in jail then.
Just take a massive diarrhea dump on the constitution and then piss on it afterwards.

"I'm fine with someone manipulating evidence to reach a conclusion that fits what I've already decided is the truth"
What the fuck dude?

I don't understand, weren't you the one roasting me in the DNC threads for arguing that "deceptive editing" can't make up for extended shots of people saying terrible things? Why is this video different than the guy who stepped down after he was caught rambling for like 15 minutes about how he pays homeless people to go to political rallies?

I think the fact that he has been caught with misleading editing is evidence enough that you shouldn't "trust" Veritas, but I think there's a line between taking their presentations at face value and looking at the unedited clips and saying "wow, that guy is still definitely a piece of shit".
