It's actually in fact warmer outside while it's snowing as opposed to a clear sky in the winter. Because the clouds can insulate the heat and keep warmth in easier. That's why it's funner to be outside on a cloudy winter day, because with clear skies, it's living hell.
But I agree. I hate the cold haha.
