Don't expect your vBulletin to be as awesome as this one.
This forum is essentially a screwdriver with a hammer, saw, chisel and dildo duct taped onto it, i.e. heavily modded.
I don't know why you're saying LESS options and features, because it's VBulletin that has been modified heavily.
