I think you should invest in a scanner, and some shading here and there would help

Besides the lack of scanner which is already a huge disadvantage for anyone, the drawing itself is really amateurish.
There is no construction on the head, and you put the face features just like you seem to want.
Okay, I'm going to say this because everyone is being a bit harsh, but I think it's pretty good to start to being a good artist. Everyone has to be a beginner, you can't just pick up a pencil and be awesome. I suggest that you take some art classes in the future and work a little more with some life drawings. What I'm saying is it's bad for a professional artist, but good for a beginner. All you need is a little hard work, and next time post in Creative Work That Doesn't Deserve A Thread.
