Saudi Hackers: "We have stolen credit card information of over 400,000 Israelis"
26 replies, posted
[release]A hacker claiming to be a member of the group-xp, a Saudi hacker group, hijacked the Israeli website "One", one of Israel's most popular sports website, and offered information on hundreds of thousands of details on Israeli citizens, that partially include credit card details.
Internet users who tried to access One this evening were directed to a message posted on pastebay.com. In that message a hacker that goes by the name of "0xOmar" offered a link to download a file that included lists of Israeli citizens including their names, addresses, telephone numbers, ID numbers and credit card information.
The file includes also a list of 65 "Zionists", as he calls them, that purchased items from a website called "Judaism". It also lists more than 500 people that have donated money to Zionist rabbis. According to 0xOmar, the group that he belongs to has hacked into many israeli websites and uses Israeli credit cards constantly for their needs.
"We've decided to give the world a gift for the new year, information on 400,000 Israelis" he wrote.
"What's in it for us?" he added, "to watch 400,000 people gather up in front of Israeli banks and credit card companies and complain. To watch Israeli banks shred 400,000 credit cards and make new ones (expensive, huh?) To watch people buy stuff with Israeli credit cards and make them as credible as Nigerien ones."[/release]

No source in English yet, since this happened just a few hours ago. I did my best to translate. Source on Pastebay, since of you really want it you'll find it anyway (file isn't working though)-

If this is true: That really sucks for the victims.
But I doubt it is.
"54 54 Saudi Arabian hacker rules!!!"
Lol.

Wait. They are using the face of Anon. Lol.
"61 61 We are anonymous, we are legion, we do not forget, we do not forgive..."
They also got it wrong.
Their website is offline. Looks like it's being hammered by people trying to get in.
In a way, it is irrelevant if they hacked it or not. If people think they did, then the panic will set in regardless and the outcome will be the same.
I wonder how long it will take for Mossad to get to these guys. Saudi intelligence isn't nearly as good.

Thanks for the info Hitler. Seriously what a fucked up thing to say.
yeah stealing the info of 400000 is worse than killing 4000000
The web shops that kept (and still keep) full info of their customers seriously need to review their security measures, because in this case it's a single "release" with a whole lot of people, but really this stuff tends to happen occasionally everywhere and not only in Israel
I'm gonna wait for the people who will come in here and applaud the hacker, despite the fact that the average israeli person has nothing to do with what their country does.
After some checks (not by me) apparently this list contains "only" 18,00 CC numbers, and many of them are either incorrect or were canceled a long time (years) ago.
I checked myself - my name was there, and they even had a password I used to have for my gmail account like 2-3 years ago, but the CC they listed was totally wrong (It was Amex - I never had Amex).
Also some of the files were just random data that everyone can access (like businesses addresses and phone numbers).
Hew jews:
Now who is taking whose money? :v:
Edit:
RP. You just totally killed my joke.

TRULY THE SAUDI HACKERS ARE FORMIDABLE OPPONENTS
Wow, a anonymous group that actually does stuff instead of making false statements and LOIC?

Well to be fair, sitting around while the country made up of officials you elected go on to basically set up two gigantic concentration camps is something to do with their country, doesn't justify their actions at all though.

Now what would you say if it were a bunch of British people that were hacked? You would certainly not say that.
Man do I love media brainwashing.
Someone use some of these CC's and donate the money to Palestinian Authority.

Anybody who opposes Israel is Hitler or anti-semetic.

So you're saying I wouldn't think an attack on British people is as bad as an attack on Israelis? If you are you are jumping to one hell of a conclusion.
It's quite clear this is anti-semetic in nature. And on another note, I really hope you're not playing the part of silent apologist here just because you may not like Israel, there is no excuse to be giving out CC info on regular citizens, regardless of where they're from. If some israeli hacker did this to regular Saudi citizens, it would be just as dumb.
Man, I sure do love idiots who jump to conclusions and think they've got the Middle East all figured out.
Man, these guys are such badasses.

Thanks for the info Hitler.
What I was actually referring to was your response, comparing this mediocre crime to Hitler. You would not say the same if it were done to a British/American/Muslim.
Oh shit one of my family cc is in the list );

Its still do some privacy damage.
Its still do some privacy damage.
There's also a huge file of the civil registry that leaked a few years ago and it contains info on the majority of Israeli citizens, so your privacy damage has been done a long time ago
