Nice
I know this is fairly biased, since the only people who will click this thread are fans, but I tried the first couple episodes and this show seemed so boring. nothing really happened. Does it pick up at s2 or 3?

Still some great jokes and moments, but god damn its so weak compared to the rest. 2 and up are amazing, 3 is when the show turned into one of the best cartoons ive still seen, 4 and 5 were just better than the other. Issue is, its a comedy cartoon that really requires you to watch every episode in order to truly get all the smart and subtle jokes and just general backstories/continuations that are happening. More so than any other comedy cartoon I can think of, which is why it can be hard to get people into since they have to slog through S1 and jumping around episodes will lead you clueless. The jump from S1 to S2 in all quality is fucking big imo. Every season so far makes jumps in quality, especially animation. But Season 2 pretty much is the reason the show probably ended up getting 6. This is one of adults swims most costly shows, and takes THE longest to make, if they werent that good they wouldnt have a 30 minute time slot on adult swim as a cartoon and like 3-4 years to make a season the past 3. (4/5/6) Thats fucking unheard for cartoons that arent well made anime. Especially considering its a comedy cartoon on Adult Swim. Go watch EP1 of S1 and skip around a bit, then check S2 EP1 and you will notice such a difference immediately just in animation/sound/va alone. Plot also gets a fuckload better. S1 is pretty weak honestly just overall.
Season 3 is where the show finds its legs, 4 5 are amazing and fast paced
idk, the massive jump in quality from season 1 to season 2 was crazy. I still think Season 2 is their best season.
I wasn't aware Season 1 was considered the weakest, I've only seen Season 1 and I loved it. I need to get to watching the rest, then.
