Holy shit, no way
Welp, so much for the bittersweet-but-ultimately happy ending of the original series. Glad the voice actors returned, though, but I really hope that weird.. pop art style is just for the sake of this possible teaser.

I thought the ending was just a fake to lead Father off track. Turns out its true? also anyone got the password for the rainbow monkey site?
Password is "Galactic"
There's a thousand passwords. If you look up any of the operatives (pretty much any person in the show) you'll get some short message about them. The password to the countdown is Galactic though.
pretty mindblowing if this actually happens
theres a countdown clock on the website which ends on April Fools evidently :suicide:
theres a countdown clock on the website which ends on April Fools evidently :suicide:
To be fair, didn't they restart Toonami on an April Fool's day and then gauge fan reaction for bringing it back in full?

OH MY FUCKING GOD MY CHILDHOOD. YES YES YES. Please not be a joke
I hope it won't be shitty flash animation hnnng
Better fucking not be a joke, or the riots will begin.

Wow, this has me REALLY hype. I adored this shit when I was younger. I hope this turns into something amazing.
KND was one of those shows I had always assumed would be trash and then ended up loving. I'd be very okay with this.
Shit, KND had some great moments. Like that one episode that was one huge homage to the Animatrix Second Renaissance.
I always wondered something though... Are you required to switch sides once you're 13?
oh my god yes

Basically the step between a moving storyboard and the final animation.

KND has done some insane and creative stuff with explaining the origins of adults, I wouldn't be surprised of the series was like star wars only with KND characters.
KND has done some insane and creative stuff with explaining the origins of adults, I wouldn't be surprised of the series was like star wars only with KND characters.
You mean the episode where they literally copied the Matrix Animated segment on the history of the Machines and Mankind and replace machines with adults? I liked it, but just so you know it wasn't an original idea.
I always wondered something though... Are you required to switch sides once you're 13?
It's been a while since I saw the show, but as I recall you were forcibly removed from the KND via memory wipe at the age of 13. There's plenty of 'civilian' kids/teens, but as far as it seemed to me the training you got as a KND agent made you valuable to the teens so you were far more likely to be picked up. I think there were a few teen operatives in the KND, but most of them were double agents. [editline]21st March 2015[/editline] Double agents in the sense that they were teens that worked in the teen ranks for the KND.

I should probably go binge watch the entire KND series again, haven't watched it in years. I remember making those KND ID thingys online and printing them out.
I hope we get animations similar to the original series. Also the ending when they all are old can't be used unless they turn all of them back into kids right?
Fun fact: Numbuh 275 was a kid that went to my highschool who had some terminal disease and for Make a Wish Foundation they included him in the show. Its cool that they carry his memory on even into this :)
