Question in title.
For me, it was this part from Across the Universe:

When the credits roll, because that's when everyone moves
That end scene in Forrest Gump when he waits with his kid for the school bus and watches him ride off gets me every time.

now that....... was amazing :smug:
The end of Iron Giant
The ending of Schindler's List.
In Toy Story 3, there's a certain scene involving them holding hands. I wanted to cry.
The part in The Day After Tomorrow where the tidal wave fucks new york to shit, fucking gets me everytime.
The ending of Titanic, [sp]right where Jack is reunited with Rose in her dreams.[/sp]
The incinerator part in toy story 3
ending of the green mile
The whole opening from Up.
When the A.I. boy slept with his mother as a 'real boy'.
I'm agreeing with the Toy Story 3 stuff. Although they really should be spoiler tagged.
Green Mile - This scene easily is the most moving IMO

Seven Pounds

Click was a pretty average movie, but that death part in the future right before the "it was all a dream" part was pretty sad.
It would have been a better movie if it wasn't a dream.

Forgive the crappy quality.

This. The first 15 minutes get me every time.
You do realize that every time I see a clip from ATU I have to watch it now right ?

The boy's reunion with his family in Empire of the Sun
The ending of Gran Torino.

And I'd like to leave my 1972 Gran Torino to my friend Thao Vang Lor, on the condition you dont top chop the roof like one of those beaners, dont paint any idiotic flames on it like some white trash hill billy and dont put a big* gay spoiler on the rear end like you see on all the other zipperhead's cars. It just looks like hell. If you can refrain from doing any of that, it's yours.
The -spoiler that should be in [sp] tags- part in toy story 3
spoiler tag that bro
A couple people have already said it, but the opening of UP was incredible. Pixar somehow managed to get you to care for their characters using only 10-15 minutes of screen time. By the end of it you really sympathise with the man. I love how Pixar makes family films which literally are for ever member of the family rather than just kids. They aren't afraid to delve into topics such as death and marriage, and they use them well. UP is such a great film. It's probably my favourite from Pixar.
When Brooks gets out of prison in "The Shawshank Redemption".......I swear it never fails to make me tear up.

Oh wow this x1000. Not just the Brooks was here part either. Just seeing him struggle with a more advanced society is hard to watch.
The ending scene of Sunshine.
that is a redub..
No it isn't.
