I Bought 10,000 Microsoft Points On My Grandparent's Credit Card - General

I thought it was an abandoned credit card, due to my grandfather saying he was going to be switching cards. Being the fucking idiot I am with credit cards, I basically thought of it as a money machine. I bought games, rock band songs and Fallout 3 add ons. They just received a bill for $277.98 and I don't know what the fuck to do. Paying it off would take fucking years. If I get in a cord of wood or mow the lawn, I get about a dollar. They pay me basically whenever they feel like it. Keep in mind, I respect these guys with everything I have. What do I do? UPDATE!!! Almost half of it has been paid. I took everything I have from my bank.
