I am looking for a good airsoft gun for CQB, and I found these 2 guns. they are essentially the same, however, 1 is lipo ready, and the other is pratically an exact replica of the original gun, including blowback, marks, and the way it disassembles, as well as being made out of the same material as the original. the rest of the features on both are relatively the same. Please help me make an informed decision, i am relatively new to airsoft, but i know quite a bit about the guns.

ARES isn't the best company, and I think they made the second one.
The Ares and KWA G36 are nothing alike. The KWA one is far superior.
I agree, get the KWA.
You also have to remember you get what you pay for in airsoft. The only reason the Ares one costs more than the KWA is because of H&K trademarks. If it wasn't for that the Ares one would probably be way cheaper.
Pretty much, around here, there's a few starter guns that people will direct you to. Of course, the KWA is one of the best, and if you want to spend the money, by all means go for it. They're very good guns.

Yeah, I'd go with the KWA. Umarex is iffy to me.
The Umarex/ARES G36 isn't that great. Guy that works for AEX steered me away from it, said their sample stripped it's internal parts within 300 rounds. Other owners have experienced the same problems.
Just stick with the KWA or find a CA.
