Just took out an insurance plan for my XBOX. Have been reading through the T&C's and these terms made me laugh a little. They really do cover their asses for everything.. 14. War Risk Terrorism, war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities whether war is declared or not, civil war, rebellion, revolution insurrection, military or usurped power, confiscation, nationalism or requisition or destruction or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or legal authority. 15. Nuclear Risk Damage or destruction caused by, contributed to or arising from: a. ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel; or b. the radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or component thereof. 16. Sonic Boom Damage or destruction directly occasioned by pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds
Sonic boom lol
Microsoft are the real deal.
Reminds me of the iTunes user agreement that said you wouldn't use the software to make bombs or biological weapons... Makes you wonder what's actually in that program.
Gotta watch out for those low-flying supersonic jets.
16. Sonic Boom Damage or destruction directly occasioned by pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds
So you can't play as Guile in Street Fighter?
Sonic booms arn't lethal.
If you take an Xbox on a plane and cross the speed of sound, it will probably break..
Sonic booms arn't lethal.
They are if you're an XBOX
If you take an Xbox on a plane and cross the speed of sound, it will probably break..
Why would that happen to an Xbox inside of a plane?
Why would that happen to an Xbox inside of a plane?
It would have to be x-rayed like everything else and if not sealed properly it could damage the machine easily.
Well if it doesn't have its seat belt fastened :v:
It would have to be x-rayed like everything else and if not sealed properly it could damage the machine easily.
That's not the point. We were talking about going faster than the speed of sound and I don't see how that would break an xbox. The acceleration, yes maybe. But not just "going faster than the speed of sound".
That's not the point. We were talking about going faster than the speed of sound and I don't see how that would break an xbox. The acceleration, yes maybe. But not just "going faster than the speed of sound".
Oh I see. I apologize.

How would you call the sound that it (probably) made when you move faster then the speed of light? O:

Force = Mass x acceleration Speed of sound is 340m/s, and lets say a fighter jet displaces about 1Kg of air towards a xbox. Smashy! :science:
How would you call the sound that it (probably) made when you move faster then the speed of light? O:
It's called physicists weeping.
You sound smart.
Well that's only if you've strapped it to the wings or something, but even bumping into a xbox while it's turned on makes it rape the disk.
So what's the question here? O:
Nice to know that in the event of a war breaking out you can get your 360 back.
It's called physicists weeping.
No, I think a black hole is faster, seeing as it can trap light itself. The new name after the speed of light is the speed of a black hole :science:
Those pesky foreign enemies.
No, I think a black hole is faster, seeing as it can trap light itself. The new name after the speed of light is the speed of a black hole :science:
The black hole can trap the SOURCE of the light...
Wow Fine print is funny [editline]04:58PM[/editline]
The black hole can trap the SOURCE of the light...
What? No not even light can escape a black hole, hence the name.
I used Google and found out that I was wrong :v:
Reminds me of the Killing Floor policy and terms of agreement: :ohdear:
Is there a policy that protects you from faulty XBOX hardware?
No, I think a black hole is faster, seeing as it can trap light itself. The new name after the speed of light is the speed of a black hole :science:
There is zero hope for you, son.
