Probably has physics judging from the screenshots. But if it's animated it's not worth 20 dollars.

I just looked this game up and yes there are physics in the destruction. Also for anyone who wants to try this there is a demo on the sight I linked.

I was wondering the same thing. Anyways, I bought the game and it's a blast. It's allot like Red Faction Guerrilla but no one tries to kill you when you when you bring down buildings. The physics are better then in RFG in that the rubble stays in place. The best part is there are mod tools so you can make your own levels and equipment.
I would recommend this game to anyone who likes to destroy things with heavy machinery.
This game is awesome.
On one of the buildings, I stacked 8 of each explosive on top of eachother and detonated it.
The building was no longer in existence.

This game pulls off destruction just fine. But it isn't like going around blowing shit up. You have contracts to fullfill.
One of the missions is you have to go around knocking down some walls with sledgehammers, other missions have you doing precise destruction.

Its only single players too, not multiplayer.

If it has a good singleplayer it's worth 20. I bought Metro 2033 and it was worth every penny and it didn't include multiplayer.
Off topic rant: I hate people these days that say a game is shit because it has no multiplayer. I was describing Metro 2033 in school one day to a bunch of people and one asked "Does it have multiplayer?" and I replied no and they all said the game sucked.
This game is also easily moddable, I think.

How would you know if it has good Single Player or not?
