Actually what he says is somewhat right. what the media sometimes does really is no different than school bullying.

The media and tabloids would be better off reporting worthwhile things instead of picking on people every living moment like they're still in grade school. Everyone can be an asshole, it's just that the media focuses on these things since it attracts viewers. However, it's an exception with celebrities. They constantly antagonize celebrities, knowing that they'll further damage their character and force them to distance from reality/society. They often resort to taking drugs or appearing eccentric. It's probably a consequence of being famous, but you can't say that they're treating him nicely.
