Strange white fluid flows into Vancouver's Coal Harbour

By 1:30 p.m. PT, an agent from the City of Vancouver's environmental protection branch had arrived on scene but workers from the city's sewer department had not.

Agencies with the Port and with the federal government were also notified, but no dead fish have been spotted in the area of the outflow, MacDonald said.

"The wildlife in the area seem to be OK so far," he said. "It's a positive sign, but not a conclusive sign."
