I saw this movie in a pre-release showing before it comes out, and it's freaking awesome. Probably one of the best movies I've seen all year (although that's not saying much with what's come out). The movie is done very realistically with the exception of the Wolves, they're basically non-stop killing machines. I would say see it definitely.
Yes, the early reviews have been quite positive.
