Alright so I was driving on a highway where it was two lanes. Well I was driving in front of a truck that was going I guess a little under the speed limit. Well the person behind me I guess was getting tired of it and wanted to get over, so he started to get over and well He was going to speed up and get in front of the other guy, but see, the lines were still both solid yellow and he wasn't suppose to and I saw a car coming and knew he wasn't going to make it. Well I didn't want to see this dude get rammed head on both going about 60 so I swerved over a little and slammed on my breaks. He stopped and I let the other car pass us then I started to drive off, well the guy got beside me on the other lane, honk his horn and flipped me off and then sped off....:saddowns:

You could have caused an accident by doing that yourself. Next time let idiots be idiots so they can learn from their horrible mistakes. Sometimes people need too learn the hard way. I usually don't say that because I like to help people but meh.

But if the two idiots rammed each other how do you know the OP wouldn't have been dragged into this by having a crash happen that close to his car?
As others said, he just didn't know what you were doing. As long as you know you did the right thing, you're good. You'll never see him again, who cares what he thinks of what you did.
