What's the closest to a WRC car that you can own?

Subaru Impreza's arent too far off from the WRC versions.
Get a 93-01 Impreza, import a JDM ej20 and RA transmission/rear end, and you could make a WRC car.
Depending on the country, you might already have the turbo'd 93-01 WRX's
