Earlier today, La Plata’s Judiciary today officially ordered the arrest of Adriana Cruz, the mother accused of choking her 6-year-old son to death in the jacuzzi of their house in Presidente Perón private neighbourhood in Buenos Aires province, court sources informed. Judge Juan Pablo Massi said that the lead suspect, aged 42, and born in Brazil, should be confined to a prison with psychiatric assistance. The measure was taken by the magistrate after Leandro Heredia, the judge leading the investigation, ordered the woman’s arrest charging her with “first-degree murder”.

Source 2 +video (translated to english by me) 'Tincho is dead', said Cruz to the security guard that went to the house The San Eliseo security guard who went down to Adriana Cruz's house when she locked herself in her bedroom with her son's dead body described today how he found the crime scene, and said that when he asked her about her 6-year-old son, the woman said "Tincho's dead". The security guard, named Walter, explained to C5N that he went to the Cruz's house after receiving an emergency phone call, and that when he arrived at their home their housekeeper explained him the situation. "I found the nervous housekeeper, who opened me the front door, saying that Mrs. Adriana had a nervous breakdown and that she wouldn't open the door, she locked herself in", he stated. The guard said that there was also a neighbor in the house, who asked him to come upstairs and see if she would open the door to him. "I went upstairs, I knocked on the door and said 'Mrs. Adriana, it's the security, would you please open the door? Please stay calm, open the door". I heard her crying and saying to me 'I don't want to talk to anybody, get out' and at the same time a banging could be heard, as if she was beating herself, and also her screaming", said the witness. Walter said he doesn't remember if it was either the neighbor or the housekeeper, but one of them told him to ask her about the boy, to which he said: "Ma'am, is Tincho in there?" and, crying, she replied "he's dead". "I stood there shocked because both the housekeeper and Adriana's oldest daughter, who was in the house as well, started crying very loudly. I tried to calm them down. I went back to insist on her. 'Please, stay calm, open up or I'll tear down this door", he said. The first witness in accessing the crime scene explained that on that moment, he have already called his coworkers in order to report what was going on, to request an ambulance and to call the police. He then heard that Cruz opened the door and, since he was afraid of being attacked by her, he leaned slightly and said "ma'am, please stand back, I'm coming in". "She looked at me and said 'I'm not well', 'I'm not well', crying, covered in blood and she had a bruise turned into a lump, her wrists slit, there was blood everywhere", recollected Walter. In that situation, he asked the housekeeper for some gloves and only after she passed them some work gloves, he decided to enter the bedroom and said to Cruz "Stand back, I'm coming in, please remain calm, go to bed and lie down, the ambulance is on its way". "She fainted, I checked her pulse, and she was bad, very shocked and said 'Ma'am, where's Tincho? Where's Tincho?" And she said: "he's dead", added. The security guard said the woman "was on the floor, not passed out, but whispering", and that when he entered the bedroom he saw the the spray paint writings on the walls, although he didn't find the kid until he walked into the bathroom. "As I leaned forward, I saw lipstick writings in the mirror, a pack of cigarettes on the sink and a small multi-tool knife with blood on it. I walked into the bathroom and I found him under the water", he stated, as he told about the moment when he found the body of the 6-year-old boy in the jacuzzi. The judge speaks of a "life" sentence Juan Pablo Masi, who acts as a judge in the case of Adriana Cruz, the woman accused of drowning her 6-year-old son in her jacuzzi, said that "a life sentence is the only alternative", should she be found guilty. At the same time, the footage obtained by the Telefé channel will be used as evidence in the trial. It was a journalistic watch just like many others. However, for the Telefé Journalist Rodolfo Sbrissa it turned out to be something special. Due to the horrifying nature of the case, the cold statements of the suspect and because he unexpectedly became now a part of the trial, as confirmed by the warranties judge Juan Pablo Masi. In the middle of Adriana Cruz's transferal, the mother accused of drowning her 6-year-old son in her jacuzzi, the journalist approached the car and asked her if she was guilty of the crime. "Yes, to fuck up his father" was heard coming from the car. Seconds later, the woman confirmed it was a crime fueled by revenge. The stunning statements of the woman will now be part of the trial and Sbrissa must go to court with the footage. This is because she refused to speak about the crime the whole time, until that moment. Massi confirmed that both the footage obtained by the Telefé cameras and Sbrisa's statement will be used as investigation elements. "It was something unexpected, because when you do journalistic rounds one expects statements, but not something like that", stated the journalist this morning on the radio, before going to court to testify. "It was very shocking because you expect to run into a broken woman, full of regret, but I found a bitter person that's more concerned about the blinding hate she feels towards her ex-husband, instead of the crime she commited", he added.

As you can see, she wrote derogatory words in the walls, she spray painted her ex-husband clothes, even her child's clothes too.
Just posting this because stuff like this is unheard of over here... I'll post some more sources as it develops, but as of now, the whole country is talking about this murder. :/
Whelp, chalk up another for the 'why are these people parents' list.
Drowning is one of the worst ways to die... :c
Well hello, Medea......
When I read the thread title I imagined that it was a quote from the father, saying that he murdered his son to take revenge on himself. ... Would have been a much better story that way.
Whelp, chalk up another for the 'why are these people parents' list.
more like "How the hell do these people exist" list
What happened to the father?
What happened to the father?
He wanted to divorce her... she went batshit insane and thought it was a good idea to drown her 6-year-old son, in order to get him back. :/
He wanted to divorce her... she went batshit insane and thought it was a good idea to drown her 6-year-old son, in order to get him back. :/
And yet, if she wasn't a crazy bitch who does stuff like murdering her own child in order to get "revenge" for a divorce, the father probably wouldn't try to divorce her in the first place.
How do you even kill a child that you conceived and lived with, it's fucking sad... You've already got to be fucking heartless to drown a 6 years old, especially if it's your child...
Why the fuck How is this revenge to the husband? What the fuck did the husband do to deserve his son to be killed by a psycho?
What the fuck doesn't expresses my lack of understanding towards this. Why would you do something like this?!
Well hello, Medea......
Is she going to melt his girlfriend too?
"I want to divorce you" -wife drowns son- 'How about now?' "I'm kidding I love you" 'I swear it sounded better in my head, officer!'
Drowning is one of the worst ways to die... :c
I guess if you were really really thirsty beforehand, then it wouldn't be as bad.
Drowning is one of the worst ways to die... :c
correct me if I'm wrong, but right before you drown don't you start feeling really good or something?
correct me if I'm wrong, but right before you drown don't you start feeling really good or something?
Not with water in your lungs.
Here's a revolutionary thought, if you were so mad that you could kill, why not just KILL the guy you HATE rather than fuck up the life of your child? Just sayin.
Just finished translating an article, I'm working on anoter one as I'm typing this...
Drowning is one of the worst ways to die... :c
Actually drowning is one of the least painful ways to die. It's no doubt scary when you're about to drown and your lungs are hurting because you're trying to hold your breath for as long as possible, but people who've been revived after drowning say that they've had a sense of euphoria when drowning. I still agree that this is horrible though.
thats some real sins of the father shit right there :C
There are no words to describe this. I am asking how would that even work? Murder justifies a divorce even more. Also, where did the maternal instinct go? What? Where? How? WHY? Seriously, this is just heinous and insane... Makes me feel cold all over...
wooooooooooooooooow
Except it's the opposite, she will be blamed by the father, and the revenge is on herself.
She is obviously mentally unstable as the article implies several time. Stop trying to understand her reasoning, she is a sick individual and there is no rationale behind her actions. She should spend the rest of her life in a mental institution. At least there, they would probably be able to control her sickness and she would truly understand what she had done. That would be a punishment worse than death in my opinion.
Drowning is one of the worst ways to die... :c
Nope, according to the people who have nearly died from it, it's really quite peaceful. At first you'll be panicking trying to get air, then there's a discomfort of choking on water and having your lungs filled, but then you start to feel relaxed and just sort of doze off. Being burned alive however, is one of the absolute worst ways to die. The fire makes you unable to breath, so you choke on fire, your lungs gets filled with fire, and your still alive while this is happening.

I can tell by them. shitty mspaint shop. edit: why are there so many shitty image upload sites out there that doesn't want to upload it?
Alright, who's up for slowly boiling her to death?
Oh man, I'm kinda sleep deprived and upon seeing the title I thought that the kid's dad killed him to get revenge on himself. Kinda relieved to find out it wasn't quite that stupid.
Whelp, chalk up another for the 'why are these people parents' list.
Pretty much this.
