This is in no way an original thing to discuss but, i think its appropriate what with all the crap they show to kids on TV now and call it entertaining, but that does not restrict it to only new cartoons, old ones count as well.
Ill start it off with a show that lasted literally 5 episodes or something on Cartoonnetwork called Sunday Pants.
It was basically different animated segments like MAD is, but they all had their own plots to them and it was such a short run with humor i didnt really care for. I did like a lot of the animation styles though such as The Imp segments, but alltogether it was nothing special as a show.

I actually though Avatar didnt always have to be serious to be good.
And the firelord fight was pretty awesome, and overall the series is one of the better Nick shows that actually ended with a bang.

Johnny Test and Spliced. Johnny Test just looks terrible and it has bad jokes, and Spliced is just a bunch of "RANDOMLOLXDSUPERPOWERCRAZYANIMALZ" shit. Just watch one episode of both these shows and you'll agree with me.

As for my worst cartoon, My Little Pony, mostly beceause of the fanbase. And the fact it doesn't bother the creator either makes it worse.

Anyway in a serious light I really disliked rugrats and pretty much any new cartoon made by nickelodeon. Now that I think about it, i hate any cartoon that isn't hand drawn animation.
I'm not sure how you guys can hate rugrats so much....
Though I can agree about "All Grown Up"-that just completely butchered the series.
