The jamming comes after North Korea threatened to initiate "special actions" aimed at destroying the South Korean president and his government. North Korean armed forces will use "unprecedented peculiar means and methods of our own style" to carry out the actions, the official Korean Central News Agency said in a report. As they are, the most they can do is make a single push for Seoul and bomb as much as they possibly can before inevitably being crushed. Technology has come far in the last decades, and that really makes a difference. Look at Iraq under the Hussein dictatorship. 4th largest standing army in the world. Wiped out in 2 weeks.
