This is legitimately the kind of thing I plan on doing as a LEO, I mean sure it's naive to say "im gonna be the best guy ever" but I've always had fun doing things for other people, and I've always imagined my dream situation was to be pulling someone over and surprising them with something like this! I'm glad I'm not the only one to think of it, really warms my heart!
