Fail parking meter

So today when I was walking back from taking my visual basic certification I happened to notice a dollar hanging out of a parking meter. Now this was funny but what made it more funny was the parking meter said fail in the text.

Ok. I mean I guess this could have gone into fast threads. But then again this can be up for disscusion. Maybe why some idiot would even think of putting a dollar in a machine like that anyway. So my bad then. Also just because I am a gold member does not mean I am perfect. Also I got gold by winning a contest not by being a super awesome poster for 2 years.
