The army part was perfect. The constant need for discussion is really annoying. Instead of actually doing something you spend twice the time discussing and reflecting shit. Like when I was in a group project that concluded a few days ago. I ended up doing an entire portion of the assignment myself because the rest of the group were busy discussing everything and not actually being productive.
