Crazy shower lady moved into our extra room, need advice. - General

My dad let this exchange girl from Poland or Ukraine or somewhere move into our house recently (she does not speak English and is only here for a college project) and she basically has 3 or 4 showers a day, its an electric shower and these are long showers she's taking, 20-30 minutes usually but sometimes longer. A typical day for her is to get up @ 10 or 11am, hop in the shower for half an hour, walk down to Dunne's (store in Ireland) or make dinner in the middle of the day, have another 30 min shower, go out to work somewhere, come back in at 2 or 3 am for another 30 minute shower. Occasionally Ive heard her get out of the shower, go into her room for an hour then get back in the shower for another 20 minutes, also at random times during the day she will turn on the shower for 5 minutes at a time, no idea why. The electric shower is one of the worst things in a house for raising the electricity bill isn't it? We haven't had a bill yet but its been nearly 2 months so we're due one, how would you even go about approaching someone about this? She's obviously sick in the head. You're probably wondering why the fuck do you care about the bill? It's mainly because my dad's a pussy and is not going to say shit if the bill is like 200€. I know what you guys are thinking. I thought about it as well but it seems a little hard since I don't speak Russian/Polish or whatever language she is speaking. - Just throwing that out there. Anyways. Let me give you boys an example of her activities in the last 24 hours: - 4am: 30 minute shower, 30 minutes of banging around her room slamming drawers and shit afterwards before I get to go to sleep (I'm between the bathroom and her room). Goes out to work. - 11am: Comes home, goes in for another 30 minute shower. Goes out. - 3pm: Comes back from Tesco with a load of shopping, puts it away and gets in the shower for 20-25 minutes. Stays home. - 7pm: 20 minute shower, 40 minutes of jabbering away in Polish or Russian into her phone, screeching and banging (she must be using Skype or something because almost as annoying as the showers is the constant fucking Eastern European drone coming from the wall, literally hours and hours of yapping). Then its back out. - 9pm: Comes back in from somewhere and hops in the shower for another 20 minutes, I know most of you are going to take this as a sign shes on the game but I know shes not, this bitch is ugly and weird and the other lads in the house reckon shes just walking down to Tesco (store) and Aldi (store) with big headphones on all the time. - 3am: Even though shes been in her room since she came back in she is now in the shower again, theres a green plastic watering can/jug thing on the bathroom window and judging by the sounds coming from the bathroom we reckon shes just filling that with the shower head (which takes fucking ages) and pouring it out again, presumably on herself, or maybe out the window or into the toilet for all I know, fucking psycho cunt.

Paint yourself the color of the bathroom tiles and snap her neck when she comes in again.
